Title: Movement Controller Responsible for the movement and controlling of eighty staff and allocating them as teams to offload and load aircraft. I had to liaise with many airlines that we handled and organize such things as towing of the aircraft and de-icing. The job was fast paced and highly stressful at times as you were the sole responsibility of getting crews to the aircraft to get them loaded and pushed out on time. Crews had to be chosen with relevant skills to that particular aircraft and a lot of moving of staff from one aircraft to another happened. The role also required to make sure there was enough staff on for the next shift and if not organize them by bringing them in on overtime. Title: Lead Agent I was a Team Leader responsible for a crew of four that had the task of offloading and then loading aircraft whilst observing health and safety procedures. This position gave me vast team working skills.
