  The Matthew Project is a provider of Drug & Alcohol Support Services in Norfolk & Suffolk. Thetford I established and managed a new substance misuse service in Thetford, Norfolk. We were responsible for providing support services in line with service level agreements and developing referral routes into the service. Working with a positive and creative team I was able to deliver the following: • The establishment of a dynamic and highly regarded drug service in Thetford • Personal caseload of clients using life coaching and solution focused techniques • Developed new support services for service users including group work, structured 1-1 support and drop in provision • Management of a high performing and dedicated team Norwich I was responsible for the day to day management and development of support services to individuals who had issues around drug and alcohol including Norfolk’s busiest Drop-In Service. I managed a multi-disciplinary team that provided service users with a wide range of support interventions including assessments, structured counseling & life coaching.
