I coach some of the most inspirational 16 to 25 year olds in Norfolk into employment. Our aim at MINT is to find sustainable, paid employment for the young people we work with, by helping them overcome their barriers to employment through a variety of methods tailored around their specific needs. When I'm not coaching young people into employment I am speaking to potential employers about the skills and strengths MINT young people can bring to their businesses.
