• Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise. • Reviews shop drawings to ensure all the submittals are complying with the IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings & coordinated with other departments (MEP, Structural, Landscape, Signages, Interior Designs, Fire & Life Safety, etc.) • Assists in review and selection of architectural materials to ensure all are in compliance with control sample. Approves Material Submittals & mock up samples to make sure it follows the Project Specifications and Design Intent. • Assess Technical Submittals, Method Statement, & ITPs before the execution of the works on site and coordinating with the HSE Department. • Provide clarification about the design and specifications by responding to RFI's (Request For Information) submitted by the Contractor. • Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect. • Issues all architectural correspondences. • Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site such as Non Conformance Report (NCR), Deficiency Notice (DFN), & Site Observation Report (SOR) • Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.
