Mark served as USACE, Mississippi Valley Division (MVD) Account Manager and as the USACE, Kansas City District Account Manager. In this role Mark was responsible for business development for new contracts and to maximize usage of existing IDIQ's, preparation of proposals for IDIQ's and task orders, setting revenue goals for each District, preparation of a business plan for the Division, and coordination with District Account Managers for execution of the plan. Mark also served as a Validation Specialist for FEMA as a contractor with NISTAC, providing assistance for recovery from Hurricane Irma in Florida from January 2018 thru July 2019. As a Validation Specialist Mark prepared grants under the Public Assistance program to help public entities recover from the hurricane. In the 1.5 year assignment Mark completed 91 projects totaling over $130 Million.
