Our group was tasked with designing the "Store of the Future," researching and reimagining the retail experience from the ground up. We conducted contextual research, synthesized our findings into insights and opportunities, and proposed implementable solutions addressing each. The work was so well received that we were asked to present to the entire executive team, and the CEO asked that a suite of our recommendations be implemented in their test stores within three months.
