Involved being competent in filming (2 angles), capturing and packaging training, AFLW and VFL matches on sportscode and Hudl. Along with traveling with both teams, I was also required to set-up the coaches box on game-day whilst providing in-game statistical data analysis (CIS). The early stages of this experience involved assisting and shadowing both group classes and one on one sessions, covering a wide range of exercise abilities and goals set by trainers. During the 140+ experience, a 12 week (1hr x 2 days/week) workshop was held for interns to fine tune both practical and theoretical sides of the industry. By the mid way point, programming, running and instructing both large group classes and personal sessions under supervision became comfortable to a stage where it was done easily under no supervison.
