I worked with Mark for close to 3 years now at New York Life. He manages the Database Administration team that I interact with on a daily basis in my role as Database Operations technical team lead. Mark handles high pressure situations with professionalism and a strong grasp of the technical aspects of the problem. He manages a team that handles all Application Database Administration development and maintenance on mainframe and distributed platforms. He is an excellent team leader and team player in the overall picture of Database integration and support at New York Life. It is a true pleasure working with him to accomplish our goals.

The DBA team has been very proactive in identifying potential future production issues and suggested solutions to prevent them.
