Since 2019, I've been providing companionship to socially isolated individuals, fighting social isolation on a personal level to build a stronger and united community. This work was especially meaningful during the hard year of 2020, where social isolation became a much more widespread issue. I was a Unit Representative for HRM107 at Macquarie University, working with a team in a timely manner to facilitate communications and relationship between lecturer and students. Analysing feedbacks and consulting with teammates to form summarised reports in order to improve teaching and education quality to both lecturer and students. I was in charge of Gaming section at SMASH 2019 Festival. During the event, I actively provided assistance to both attendees and staff members in preparing the venues to ensure the highest level of quality. Throughout the day, I worked as a team for crowd controlling while individually offered assistance to attendees regarding on-the-day enquiries to enhance attendees' satisfaction and experience. International Festival Stall Operator

I volunteered as a stall operator on 3 annually occasions and was placed in charge of decorating and setting up the stall, working with a team to design a menu reflecting Vietnamese cuisine and culture.
