I met Mark towards the end of the first week of induction at Pearson. By then, I have gone through multiple product training sessions and was quite overwhelmed with information. While Mark was tasked to go through another new module, he took a step back and asked "How has your week been?", when I explained it has been quite overwhelming, he said let's not go through another new module, instead, ask him anything I want. This led us to have a casual chat about the team structure, products, and other things which put everything learnt into context. This experience sums up who Mark is. He is a great teammate who has always been there to support me from day one. Recently I worked with Mark on a tender presentation, where he managed the process from beginning to the end seamlessly and made life easy for everyone who was involved in the process. Mark is well organised, reliable and works well under pressure. I would highly recommend Mark to any organisation.

Marks first interaction with myself was on a low point with Pearson who I had always had a good relationship with. In saying this Mark is the reason I gave Pearson another go and I have a strong commitment to Pearson because of Marks excellent rapport with his clients, his honesty, his great sense of humour and his ability to listen to the clients needs. Mark always delivers above and beyond your expectations. Mark has a great sense of understanding education and a excellent desire to make life easier for his clients. I highly recommend Mark for any role his desires and I am sure any employer would do whatever it takes to keep him on board!

Reporting to the department and curriculum head, I was responsible for the day-to-day teaching of primary students. Curriculum had to be written to task and planned in conjunction with the yearly schedule. Student welfare was always a large part of this title, as I taught over 400 students on a weekly basis. In my short time at Baden Powell, I also qualified as a TESOL instructor (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages).
