I had the honor of working with Marjorie twice; once as a new Executive Housekeeper and again most recently at the Courtyard Marriott Waterloo. I was fortunate enough to learn great things by Marjorie that shaped me into the General Manager I am today and I owe her a lot in my career. To have the opportunity to work with Marjorie as my Sales Manager in my first General Manager role was incredible. She is knowledgeable in her understandings of Sales and building and maintaining crucial relationships; in and outside the hotel. She is truly a special person who mentors and cares for her team members. I am lucky to say she was a colleague (twice) but will always be a close friend.
