      Senior Analyst of the Investment Climate Area at the Department of Legal Studies of the Fundación Salvadoreña para el Desarrollo Económico y Social, Fusades, a salvadoran Think Tank. Research interest includes investment climate, competitiveness, government modernization, FTA, Central American integration process, governmental fiscal responsibility, and public private partnerships (PPP). I have participated in various national dialogue spaces as a representative of the academic sector and I am member of the Technical Panel of the Growth Council, a platform for dialogue created under the Partnership for Growth between the Government of El Salvador and the United States. I was the first Salvadoran women selected by the State Department and Fortune Magazine to represent El Salvador in the Fortune/US State Department Global Women´s Mentoring Partnership in 2015, a program that draws on the knowledge and expertise of America´s most accomplished leaders to empower aspiring women professionals across the globe. Now I´m an active member of Vital Voices El Salvador, and I am helping to strengthen the mentorship program, focusing in women empowerment. Previously, I was the Legal Advisor of PROESA, the Vice President’s Office of the Republic of El Salvador, in charge of promoting FDI and exports. I was also part of the Salvadoran negotiating team of the Free Trade Agreement between Central America, Dominican Republic and the United States, DR-CAFTA, as a specialist in agricultural issues and as part of the legal revision team. During this process, I gained experience in reaching win-win agreements. Now together with my husband Alvaro, we have started our company called "a.m. Consulting & Coaching", focusing in innovative dialogue mechanisms in the personal and professional level, that permits people achieve win-win agreements, we give conferences regarding leadership, personal growth and women empowerment.
