A job which required managing a wide range of job descriptions and levels but which she performed with skilled and sensitive precision under sometimes difficult circumstances. As Legal Officer I worked closely with her on contracting, employment issues and pensions matters. I found her to be fair, mentally acute and alert to situations on the ground which can affect employee functionality.
