During this Masterclass, I was given the opportunity to network and understand the different roles within the insurance industry. It was very inspiring to hear the panel of empowering women talk about their journey into their position. I was given an insight of what an average working day would be like for a woman working in insurance. It was also nice to be taken on a tour of the office, the view was lovely. During this online workshop, I gained an understanding of Re-insurance and the company as a whole. I learnt how to differentiate between high risk and low risk as well as understand the way profit is made.
