When Mariya interviewed for the internship at Archer & Hound, there were three other applicants whom we also interviewed. They were technically more experienced and more qualified, but I could not shake the feeling that Mariya was not only the best fit for our agency but the best of the lot. I love to be proven right, so Mariya is one of my favorite success stories. She is humble, hardworking, and compassionate, but don't let her sweet smile fool you--Mariya is a hustler. She comes from a long line of people who work for what they want, and this trait was immediately evident.
