  Curricular internship with Prof. Lundgren at Lund University and Massimo Innocenti at Florence University The goal of the Project was study the behaviour of some Nickel Superalloys (like Inconel 625) in extreme conditions and understand the corrosion processes mechanisms taking place on the surface. The study was invastigated with Electrochemical methodes like Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) combined with more innovative 2D-Surface Optical Reflectivity. The corrosion products covering the surface were investigated with surface sensitive techniques as SEM, AFM and SEM-EDS. What I learnt: - design and organization of an experiment, define it's goals - use and maintenace of all the instruments, be indipendent in their usage - data analisys and imaging with softwares like Phyton, Matlab, Excel - write reports and show results - work in an international team - work under stress on an industrial project - manage the project in all it's aspects from A to Z
