      As a Refugee Resettlement Case Manager I coordinated intensive case management services for over 100 refugees a year. I developed relations and collaborated with state and federal agencies, Buffalo Public Schools, primary care providers, local hospitals, and specialized services to advocate on behalf of the clients from Iraq, Bhutan, Burma, Somalia, Afghanistan and others. I trained and mentored new Refugee Resettlement interns and volunteers, providing them with support and supervision on a daily basis.
