From our cooperation on several projects I remembered Mariusz as a great colleague and a very skilled producer. In my opinion his defining feature is an intense focus on delivering the game on time and in the best quality possible. His background in programming and his experience in running a project from the first idea to the release allows him to make good estimates, deeply rooted in the realities of a particular production, and set ambitious yet achievable goals. As a designer I had his support both in the creative stage of discussing new features and in the later stage of planning and implementing them.
