  Main duties: - resolving IT service issues by clarifying the person's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, implementing correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution. - providing remote technical support, using Team Viewer and on site, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. - monitoring and maintaining computers systems and networks. - troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults. - working together with programmers to improve the betting software used by the company. - testing hardware designated for the betting software - opening of new sports bets shops. - installing and configuring the necessary routers, switches and network cables and assuring they're proper functions. - setting up new equipment: printers, computers, scanners, TVs, raspberry Pi. - maintenance work for the existing sports bets shops ( 250+ ) along with 2 other coworkers under my supervision. - periodical cleaning of the IT hardware in the sports bets shops and headquarters offices. - replacing parts as required. - redesign and new implementations in the shops and HQ Show less
