While acting as a Receptionist for the UPC headquarters in Bucharest, Marius was an essential participant to my and my team’s specific activities, under the following components: a). Front desk telephone support: Marius ensured my desk telephone support by putting through all phone calls and, whenever I was not available in the office, by providing simple, concise and complete messages from my callers. I’ve also had the chance to analyze, in the Reception area, Marius’s interactions with various persons: employees, visitors, customers, even angry customers etc. On such occasions, he demonstrated a good capacity to quickly and properly address unexpected situations, the ability to speak and interact clearly and convincingly in order to achieve the desired results, and a business conduct which can only be considered as honoring for any professional. c). Receiving and sending required general correspondence (fax, mail, courier, e-mail etc.): Marius supported me in dealing with all my specific correspondence, both on the sending end, and on the receiving one, especially by making sure that all items were adequately sorted, recorded in the relevant registries, and then promptly sent or handed to the recipient - all of these, to my highest level of expectations. He is a very analytical person, a very good planner and organizer, with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
