Maritta was a great Head of HR for Free2Move. She proved to be able to hit the optimal mix between flexibility in order to be able to respond to changing business needs and the management of a continuous employer branding and hiring strategy. Using her network as well as classic hiring channels she was able to consistently bring great candidates for open positions to the table and work on retention and employee satisfaction in parallel.
