  -Worked closely with residents, RA’s, and other members of my team and of PSU to develop a community that is welcoming for everyone. -Experience managing a budget and catering programs towards residential needs and desires. -Experience creating a safe and productive living environment for everyone. -Worked closely with residents from diverse backgrounds including honors and international students as well as a wide age range of students from 18-year-old freshmen up to 50 and 60-year-old graduate and undergraduate students. -Also worked with a number of residents whose circumstances demanded privacy and confidentiality and worked with qualified personnel to assist those residents. -Experience writing clear, unbiased, professional reports regarding policy violations. -Experience being on call and assisting residence with after-hours emergencies.
