Niko Salo
Mari worked at Pfizer for 3 years as a Demand Manager. During the first 6 months she reported to me. After my move to another role I’ve been working with Mari from time to time. I was very impressed how fast after joining my team she took the ownership over the role and responsibilities assigned. Very quickly she was able to work independently and take leadership in some of the key initiatives we had at the time, for example running S&OP process. Mari is excellent in managing multiple tasks under pressure and she’s able to get things done fast. She was a highly appreciated colleague and she’s a true professional in supply chain management. Mari is capable of thinking innovatively and challenging the status quo. Her knowledge in SAP DP was extremely valuable for the team and Mari helped Pfizer to improve the Demand forecasting processes. Mari was always keen to learn more and she was open for new responsibilities and challenges. It was sad to see Mari leaving Pfizer and I would certainly welcome her back to Pfizer in the future. I can highly recommend Mari to any challenging supply chain and project management roles.
