The Department for International Trade (DIT) is responsible for promoting British trade across the world and ensuring the UK takes advantage of the huge opportunities open to us. We help businesses export and grow into global markets. We also help overseas companies locate and grow in the UK. I lead on the Energy, Environment, Marine and Maritime sectors in DIT's Inward Investment team at the British Embassy in Norway. My objective is to discover, engage, attract, and retain inward investment from Norway to the UK within my sectors.My job is to support and facilitate FDI from Norwegian companies looking to establish or expand in the UK. Another important task of the Delegation is to provide information about EU institutions and policies both to the government and the wider public.
