Until January 2010 I was also in charge of all IT procurement, SEK 1.1 billion (consultants, hardware and software).From March 2011 to April 2012 I was, on behalf of Länsförsäkringar ABs board of directors, program manager for an IT efficiency program. The goal was to reduce the IT costs, over a three year period, with SEK 220 million.
