      Co-creation and delivery of a project for year 6 students transitioning to secondary school, aiming to develop resilience and reduce anxiety around the transition. I was involved in initial 1-1s with young people, group workshops over the summer and 1-1 follow ups in their new schools. I supported this project for two consecutive years (2021 &2022)I remain involved with a youth led youth voice group, the Surrey Heath Youth Council. They are an inspiring group of young people who try to capture the voice of young people in their area and engage in social action projects each year to improve their community. I have supported them to hold a TEDx event, campaigns around youth mental health and equality, cycling safety and this year (2022-2023) tackling the cost of living crisis.

      This was a new role as part of Mindworks Surrey. It involved working across a number of secondary schools in Waverley, Surrey alongside colleagues in the NHS. It involved considerable coordination and planning, creativity and collaborative working and relationship building with colleagues across Mindworks, in schools and other parts of the system.
