  • Responsible for processing daily wire transfers from all bank business units. This includes incoming and outgoing wire review. Verify availability of funds and that the wire transfer request has the proper wire signing authority and within the required threshold. • Prepare outgoing international wires through our correspondent bank. Verify the validity SWIFT codes and IBAN numbers prior to processing the wire. OFAC check and verification is required. • Process incoming international wires, perform OFAC check and contact BSA for any possible OFAC hits. • Process journal entries on a daily basis for borrowing and processing tickets and GL entries through TPG. • Process drawdown requests from Visa and Mastercard for paycard processing. • Provide customer service regarding wire requests and inquires to all our bank business units. • Provide daily cash position reporting, forecasting loan fundings and borrowings. • Reconcile wire clearing GL’s for our business units. • Prepare monthly GL reconciliation reports for all wire clearing GL’s. • Update and review process maps for cash management and wire transfer process quarterly or as needed.
