  While working as a Softlines Team Member at Target, I Set weekly adjacency's following a corporate planned book. I also set new product out on the floor by setting POG's and pulling batches of products from the backroom. I'm also responsible for Merchandising the back walls of the each department within the Apparel department. My job duties also consist of training new employee's.
