My daily routine is made up of price changes, markdowns, rollbacks, and working our trucks 5 days out of 7 day week. I am in charge of assigning task to 4 + employees to make sure the day goes by smoothly and in a clean, safe environment. I am in charge of maintaining and controlling inventory by inspecting truck invoices for any shortages and overstock sent. I also run a cost inventory every month to maintain a 36.5% P and L pecentage. My daily routine is made up of price changes, markdowns, rollbacks, and working our trucks 5 days out of 7 day week. I was the head slicer, which means I was making sure the meat got sliced every morning so that our customers were getting the fresh meat possible. I also help behind the line, with taking orders, dropping the meat and cheeses, assemble the sandwiches, along with delivering it to the customers at their table.
