  Mentored two residential buildings of a diverse group of students coming from non-traditional backgrounds as well as some student-parents and students returning to school through one-on-one meetings, community-specific programming, and held office hours for residents. Curated programming and organized events targeted toward mentees with a focus on ensuring students feel comfortable in academic spaces and grow accustomed to campus culture.   Facilitated numerous workshops to spread awareness, educate, and inform UC Davis students about eliminating gender-based violence. Created and actively worked on programming related to the different shapes gender violence takes in various ethnic communities and the way people interact with media that perpetuates gender-based violence. Designed social media posts and curated video series with the intent to reach a larger audience beyond the campus organizations we have facilitated programing for.
