This group of stakeholders are committed to ensuring that the employees of EML are given a voice and are empowered. The Culture committee is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring that all employees are enlightened about the EML way and understand the values upheld by the company. As a valued member of the culture committee my responsibility is to help facilitate learning and development sessions to create a better customer experience for the employees and also create a happier work environment for staff. This committee also affords me the opportunity to interact regularly with individuals of all levels.
