I have worked with Marion at La French Tech, who was then co-chairing the community. Under her leadership, the French startup ecosystem in Australia achieved incredible milestones and shifted a gear: she built a dynamic community, labelled the name and got awarded the first community fund! These achievements lifted La French Tech Australia to become a lead player in the startup world. Working alongside Marion was truly inspiring: she has a strong vision, and the operational skills to execute her goals with a high standard. I highly recommend her for any roles that involve community and leadership building.

Marion has played a decisive role in the creation of the French Tech Australia. She has lead the community team with great enthusiasm and motivated everyone to get involved. Thanks to her determination and desire to make the community grow, FT Australia got the label in 2021. Together with a team of 3 we also worked on drafting the community fund proposal which allowed us to get funds to organise large scale events. It is a pleasure working alongside Marion on growing the FT community and I would highly recommend Marion for any projects where team work is concerned.

Compostable Alternatives is a regenerative packaging brand and an e-commerce platform supporting food and hospitality businesses with certified home compostable packaging: https://www.compostablealternatives.com.au Our mission: support sustainable businesses in their transition away from single-use plastic with alternatives their consumers can compost in their backyard. Why certified home compostable products? This certification is the only way to ensure products can break down in anyone's backyard or home compost. The takeaway culture and the lack of industrial composting infrastructures in Australia should not stop people from doing the right thing. Our products break down anywhere there is oxygen and micro organisms, in under 6 months, without human intervention. Show less
