- Carry out an information watch on the themes of Territories, Europe and Cooperation; - Reinforce the relational and work follow-up with the counterparts of the Regional Council and the external partners in order to obtain the necessary information for the conduct of the works; - Write the draft opinions under the responsibility of the President of the commission; - Carry and guarantee the graphic coherence of the productions of the CESER in connection with the person in charge of the communication of the CESER; - Take care of the coherence and the relevance of the opinions, the follow-up and the evaluation of the works of the CESER (quality, relevance, efficiency); - Take care of the contacts with the Regional Council and the external partners in order to obtain the necessary information for the conduct of the works Ensure the coherence and relevance of the opinions, the follow-up and the evaluation of the CESER's work (quality, relevance, efficiency); - Ensure the contacts useful to the work of the working body; - Develop the work in project mode and the crossed approaches; - Participate in the team dynamics and develop the transversal exchanges with the colleagues; - Organize the meetings of the working groups and commissions and write the minutes; - Anticipate and evaluate in agreement with the President.
