The number 1 priority of any Marketing Operations Leader is to drive business growth through pipeline creation and progression by effectively utilising and innovating the sales and marketing tech stacks, understanding the business value proposition, and translating it into successful marketing campaigns. This is incredibly difficult in a well-established company and even more so in a tech scale-up. That’s exactly where Marion excels and thrives. Marion is exceptionally good at streamlining complex business processes, integrating solutions, and driving pipeline creation through tailored campaigns. On a more personal note, Marion helped me navigate through our tech and processes on a number of occasions and she always had the answers. I’m hoping that our paths will cross again.
