Marion has worked with Shire since 2015 and is responsible for local execution of Shire’s Global Transparency Program including the collection, validation, pre-disclosure, certification and publication of data per the EFPIA Disclosure Code and subsequent relevant local Codes. Marion in her role has demonstrated several leadership attributes which have contributed to Shire’s ability to comply with transparency obligations. Marion is proactive, demonstrates speed with purpose, is very organized and diligent with her activities. She takes direction well, requires limited supervision and has demonstrated subject matter expertise .
