Led a complete transformation and revitalized the organization to record breaking success and recognition. During my tenure as CEO the staff sized doubled and the organization experienced an increase of 45% in revenues with only a 14% increase in expenses. Likewise, our net assets increased by 12%. Niagara Workforce Planning Board (NWPB) is a labour market and economic think tank. NWPB is one of 26 planning boards across Ontario funded the Province of Ontario.
