  Management and support of projects for regional profit centers in the deployment of AIG Travel Insurance through all distribution channels: • Deployed regional Telecommunications projects to consolidate and integrate worldwide business. Implementation of this change resulted in savings of 40% in telecommunication and maintenance costs • Participated in regional applications for leisure and business travel insurance issuance (Agent Link and ATP). • Enhanced and provided support of the leisure travel insurance system (Agent Link), fully managed from Argentina. • Managed the implementation of AVIANCA’s airline partnership through Amadeus, Agent Link, and the Telecommunication AIG Travel Assist system • Deployed and support local applications to facilitate the daily Operations service centers. • Design, develop, implement, offer support and promote and online web based system for the Operations management to improve the quality of the customer´s experience. This project took 3 years to be completed and implemented, and it was presented in the company´s different centers, in Buenos Aires, USA, UK and Malaysia, where it was successfully accepted and customized to their operations.
