Coordinate parental involvement within respective programs; instructs, monitors, and assists staff with the development and facilitation of program action plans, curriculum, and program activities. Developed and maintained evaluation systems to monitor local outcomes for all programs. Responsibilities included aggregating results, creating reports, presenting on outcomes, and creating systems for continuous program improvement.
