      Serves as Department of the Army MDEP Manager for VIAD, National Capital Region, Integrated Air Defense System (NCR-IADS) and Deployable Integrated Air Defense System (DIADS) program. Coordinates and assembles programming data from ARNORTH staff and Program Evaluation Group (PEG) managers, and presents to HQDA PEGs. Responsible for retrieving, compiling, trending and assessing future year resourcing data in order to develop and present reports to the command for resourcing decisions. Presents command briefings to HQDA leadership to justify POM requirements. Conduct aggressive coordination with HQDA and eight supporting commands. Accomplishes fiscal, program and economic analysis of the command’s Army Program. Analyzes policies, implementation, operations, expenditures, and the results produced in selected programs. Independently researches, assembles, organizes and analyzes data. Identifies objectives, trends, inter-relationships and problems. Reviews and analyzes the utilization of command resources in accomplishing program objectives and goals. ARNORTH POC for the Integrated Priority List and Master GAP List (IPL/MGL). Coordinate directly with the Combatant Commander's (COCOM) staff and the HQDA to ensure our capabilities gaps are incorporated with the COCOM's IPL in order to project and secure adequate funding in the POM. Develops ARNORTH command requirements, prepare and defend submission to NORTHCOM Integrated Priority List. Prepares charts, tables and graphs to reflect analyses, and briefs the Division Chief, ARNORTH G8 and CG, as appropriate. Show less
