Assured the construction of electric pedestal mounted lattice boom cranes were in accordance with classification rules and recognises industry standards. Surveyed both new construction, existing ships, and offshore platforms in order to ensure that the rules for classification as well as statutory regulations were upheld and maintained. Gained significant knowledge of welding procedures, blueprint reading, and project management as well as safety standards and practices.
