Development of solutions for process optimization with Python using Streamlit, Pandas and Firebase/MySQL. Deployment of applications on the Streamlit.io platform and in a container (Docker). Development of projects for data generation and visualization, including PLC programming (ControlLogix and CompactLogix) with Studio 5000, data collection with Node-Red, writing and reading in InfluxDB and creating dashboards with Grafana. Relevant projects: * Dashboard to optimize the work of the factory's internal logistics (replacement of inputs and withdrawal of finished product). This solution reduced downtime due to logistical issues to zero, resulting in estimated savings of over R$500,000.00/month * Control Tower Alarms: I concentrated all plant alarms in a single application, which allowed the operator to quickly identify which machines are at fault or whether quality inspections have failed. It was developed with Node-red (data collection from PLCs and CSV files), MySQL database storage and the interface developed in Python with Pandas and Streamlit. Show less
