      Raiseup is a CTI platform with a strong outbound vocation (over 100 mln of calls in 2018). In these years, I have been responsible for the active supervision of the project. The most attention has been given to the clients' change requests, to their analysis and to the preparation of all the documents required for the developers, under ANSII regulations. It's worth mentioning the designing of a DMBS in order to handle the enormous quantity of CDR's data (Calls Detail Record) and of handled identity records (40/50 mln of records). I also developed personally a part of outbound engine predictive software in C# and Vb and develop personally the ETL software. In these three years it has been necessary to implement even a help-desk service, remotized in three different offices (Milan, Savona, Naples) to deal with level 1 and level 2 support.
