I have had the pleasure of managing Marine in her role of Head of Customer Services at The Challenge. Marine is extremely diligent and this makes her a dream to have in the team. She always takes the time to properly understand issues and is very solution focused. In her role she often has to deal with difficult issues and she takes this completely in her stride, this keeps her team calm and focused.
