  Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) provides compensation for occupational illness and injuries and in 2015 started building a sub-acute care facility for RMA beneficiaries’ medical needs. As part of the project, I mapped the end to end business processes of the facility and compiled a Standard Operating Procedure Manual for use by staff. This was done by performing a requirements definition and gap analysis and then creating a context for the processes to be mapped. I facilitated workshops with all stakeholders to create or update processes in order to fit the requirements of the facility. During this time I worked very closely with the Project Manager and key business stakeholders. I also assisted in developing a process mapping methodology and standard for RMA, as well as associated template for process and policy documents.   Rooibos is a unique tea from the Western Cape region of South Africa and has been enjoyed by South Africans for more than 100 years. It contains various flavonoids which are proven to protect body cells and tissue against the ageing process. Typically used as a true instant Rooibos to be enjoyed with or without milk and sugar.
