Firm, fair and fun: and in that order! I've been teaching for just over six years and I am heading up the career ladder. Moving from leading R.E, to successfully teaching the infamous Year 6 as middle management and now leading Maths......thoroughly enjoy teaching. Responsible for leading the school in the absence of senior management. Member of the LLT (learning leadership team) overseeing the curriculum. Mentor for teachers to help boost or enhance their PD.
