I had the opportunity to work for a summer at an Andre Balazs boutique hotel and restaurant in London, The Telegraph called it "London's hottest celebrity hangout". It was a highly demanding job but I was appreciated for my calm and collected demeanor while working in a high stress environment dealing with celebrities and other London personalities. I learned a lot about the importance of customer service since many of the diners waited months to get a table at the restaurant and bar, they expected a memorable evening. Show less
