      Artisanal Aromatherapy and Natural Products.With no background in manufacturing or cosmetics, I managed to create a range of natural products by making a market research and sourcing the raw materials and packaging as well as creating the formulas. In this venture I developed the brand of the company, worked out the costs, and put together an online and offline marketing plan to launch and expand the business. The production was hand made and sold in shops and therapeutic centres, as well as online. My main responsibilities were controlling the finance, purchases and sales, searching for new distribution channels, as well as creating new products. I sold my shares in 2019 when the business was established and profitable.Positive Contributions: Offered job opportunities and professional experience to 10 unemployed disabled youngsters by hiring them to make our packaging. In partnership with Projeto Novo Rumo Bought recycled paper for our gift boxes from an NGO (Projeto Curumim) that helps kids and families from deprived areas of Sao Paulo. Incentivised the reverse logistic by giving cash back for every returned glass bottle (reverse logistic). All packaging was either recycled or recyclable. Created awareness on self care and nature preservation.

Our main clients were Cornell University, University of Illinois, University of Florida, University of Sao Paulo, Macquarie university, Aarhus University, to name a few.Positive Contributions until 2016: Partnership with Institute of Ecological Research IPE - 1 tree planted for every customer landing in Brazil. Consultancy for small businesses at Favela Cantagalo in Rio de Janeiro given by American and Brazilian MBA students. Distribution of donations to many NGOs around Brazil by paying for cultural workshops given to international students. Partnership with Saude e Alegria Project in the Amazon to improve the reach of their work. Gift bags produced by people with mental disorders at Projeto Tear.
