As a Head of Commerce I've represented one of the oldest (since 1957) fashion garments sewing factories in Lithuania. The main goal was to develop the new field of business from scratch - sports garment production and sales. I've started from an idea and from a new branch creation, continued with business strategy, investment plan, ROI, budgeting, a sales and purchase team formation, global search for suppliers, data base formation and ended with successful recorded goals achievement. Other duties- short-long term business plan, structure of department, a sales strategy implementing, pricing, marketing management (web site, branding, adverb etc.), comprehensive preparation of the company to represent in international exhibitions, contracting, new company rebranding inside the Group. My duties also included award of contracts, its signing, and monitoring, pricing, back office sales team management. From this company has started my amazing experience in a fashion sphere.
