My primary responsibility in my current role is to produce high-quality, engaging communications materials for both print and digital platforms. These include brochures, catalogues, PowerPoint presentations, social media advertisements and videos using various Adobe Creative Suite programs. With my substantial experience in graphic design, I also lead the art direction for the company’s video production process whilst creating marketing assets via EDMs, social media posts and videos and catalogues. Displaying my creative strength and insights, I conceptualise logo designs, gif animations, videos, website design and social media channels to promote brand products. Apart from design, I also develop creative and original advertising content for catalogues, business cards, internal letterhead templates, flyers, brochures, posters and product packaging whilst ensuring maximum brand awareness of the target audience. Excelling in effective and positive communications, I work closely with internal clients to create stimulating and compelling PowerPoint presentations for the target audiences. I also liaise and negotiate with third-party resources to secure the most cost-effective and high-quality outcomes for print materials, packaging, deals, signages and other marketing collaterals. Key Achievements: • Successfully rebranded the company and created a brand book for the business, receiving commendations from internal and external stakeholders and positive engagement from website users.

Whilst working as a Graphic Designer for SuperPharmacy, I have been working freelance since February 2012. My main clients are small business globally, delivering graphic design services that help them maintain and/or improve their companies’ visual identity. It is necessary for me to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices as well as new technology for design to enhance benefits for the clients. Being on freelance, it is my responsibility to organise design drafts and maintain archival systems to create systematic reference points for all design versions.

At FLAME, I undertook the responsibility for conceptualising, designing, typesetting and overseeing the projects for multi-national corporate client accounts such as 3M, Revlon, Dunlop, Syngenta and BRITA. Developing and maintaining two-way communications, I liaised with clients to gather information regarding their specifications in brand dynamics in order for me to align the designs with their brand objectives. Along with this, I analysed the market which the company was in for me to understand the consumers/end-users and analyse competitor activities. Once I set the objectives for our clients, I planned and executed promotional videos, brochures, information leaflets and PowerPoint presentation templates. During the finalisation process, I set up, processed and exported finalised designs as print-ready files to deliver completed projects to clients on time. Key Achievements: • Won various design pitches and led various projects for high-profile brands including a Packaging Redesign Project and Photoshoot for Dunlop, a Catalogue Design for Syngenta & Living Turf and a Packaging Design for BRITA.

In this employment, I developed layout and design for internal and external stakeholders, creating a strategy to reach a specified audience. Some of our internal clients were from Japan and since I am fluent in Japanese, I served as the translator to ensure mutual understanding between the clients and our company. Moreover, with my attention to detail, I reviewed and refined designs, using various colours and effects to effectively convey each concept. In my earliest position in the creative industry, I coordinated the aspects of production including presenting drafts and final design to clients, approving colours, typesetting and scaling images for printing. Avoiding communication breakdowns, I established and maintained relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, printers, photographers and other creatives. I also maintained organised schedules to manage workflow and ensure all tasks were assigned and submitted as per deadlines.
