I have worked worked with Marina for a short period of time but in very productive projects. We were launching and trying to raise awareness in Russia for the products we were managing. At that time we changed the local strategy for a strategic products of the Company portfolio, to adapt to the customer needs we identified through Market Research. It was impressive to see the expertise that Marina had in volume therapy and also the excellent collaboration with KOLs and colleagues. She is a very result-oriented professional, with clear understanding of the brand proposition. She can also propose and implement local initiatives to develop new potential segments in this market with the aim to achieve a leading position. The Russian team achieved great results in the marketplace due to Marina initial work.
