Due to COVID-19 my placement was completed online, but nonetheless I was eager and excited to get started. The work which I completed as part of my role within the company included research, development of promotional features, gathering information and getting to see in behind the scenes of a company’s social media platform. Throughout the duration of my work placement I gained very valuable experience ranging from being in contact with the owner which involved me sending formal emails regularly, time management, trying to strive for excellence for each task that I was given, to be persistent and to use resources that are available.
